November Speaker Series: Cooking With Tea
Tea is not just for drinking anymore. Cooks around the world are rediscovering the long tradition of using tea as an ingredient in dishes. In this talk, foodie and tea fanatic Suzanne Klein will show you how you can incorporate tea into recipes in the kitchen. Dumplings, eggs, cookies, and truffles are just a few of the items you can use tea with. You’ll go home with a number of recipes as well as a taste of a few delectable items Suzanne will make.
